شرکت دریاهور در سال 1372 تاسیس گردیده است. این شرکت در ابتدا کار را با مدیریت شناورها و مشاوره دریایی آغاز و موفق شد که در سال 1375 اولین شرکت مدیریت شناورهای تخصصی در کشور جمهوری اسلامی ایران باشد. در طی مدت پنج سال با عقد قراردادهایی بصورت مستمر مدیریت راهبری، عملیاتی و فنی 36 فروند شناورهای تخصصی در بندرعباس را بعهده گیرد و همزمان بعنوان پیمانکار فرعی در یاردهای کشتی سازی بخشی از تعمیرات شناورها را بعهده داشته باشد.
هم اکنون این شرکت با بهره گیری از تجارب و تخصص تعدادی از متخصصین مجرب دریایی و فراساحلی، توانایی دارد دامنه وسیعی از خدمات دریایی را به صنایع دریایی و فراساحلی کشور ارائه دهد.
